Middle Tennessee State should make the cut once they lose to Troy next weekend especially if the Trojans beat MTSU as bad as they have in recent memory.

And BYU this weekend? Is Utah gonna beat you guys again to drop y'all to 1-2? No worries though. With your remaining schedule of down teams and never were teams, you should make enough wins to go to yet another irrelevant bowl. With y'all's stregnth of schedule though you've got no hope of making a BCS bowl even if you win out.

Texas, Ole Miss, TCU, and Oregon State aren't looking so hot so far as a marquee game schedule for a team that has BCS aspirations. Unless Texas wins out. And TCU wins every game except their game with you guys. They won't. UT ain't that good and every team in the Big XII is gunning for them.

I think a BYU fan would be more concerned with seeing how the Utah, UCF, and Utah State games panned out before they ran their mouth about bottom 10. You should win at least 2 of those, but you aren't a prohibitive favorite in any of them. My guess is that you finish up with a 8-4 record, with losses to either Utah or UCF, Texas, Hawaii, and TCU. And all you'll have is a 1 point win over the likely last place team in the SEC (Ole Miss).

Purdue was a close game and we shouldn't be expected to beat Ga Tech...don't know why we are the "obvious" choice when there are others that have lost to worse.

Losing to Rice doesn't necessarily mean you are the worst team. As far as Ga Tech, that was the best Tech team I've seen in a while. Sounds like another team that is 0-2 that hasn't played to AQ teams in a row needs to be ahead of us. As far as unproven, I believe we have shown we can hang with the other non aq's, generally speaking.

FAU certainly deserves to be on there.

If the non-AQ is Maryland or Vanderbilt. You know, even New Mexico State beat Minnesota! Good luck next week against Troy.

You are REALLY going to need it.

Minnesota isn't exactly a powerhouse. I doubt they beat Purdue. Ok, use Vanderbilt of Maryland then. As far as Troy, we don't need luck, we need skill. I know how difficult it is to beat Troy but it's not beyond the realm of possibilities. Also, don't they have a BYU board you can go be obnoxious on? Or at the very least go there and think of ways to beat Utah.

Yes you do. That was one of the worst performances of all time. 1 first down? Against Michigan State's third string and walk ons?

It looked like FAU hit the bars on Friday night in Lansing. Hard.

Irrelevant bowls? You're heralding the Sun Belt Conference, and you have the nerve to talk to me about irrelevant bowls? Be thankful there is a chance for a postseason game for your conference! As for Utah, I believe we can handle them if we play them as good as we did Texas, who would bang every single Sun Belt school like a drum. One thing is for certain, even if we did lose to Utah, UCF, and Utah State, you'd never see us on the Bottom 10. Unlike your school, MINE has won a Division 1 national championship in football at the highest level.

A fraudulent one (Florida was the best team that year - you guys played scrubs) 30 years ago. Congrats on your Holiday Bowl victory in 1985 (or was it Early December of 1984?)! One advatage of there being a BCS so that frauds like BYU's "National Championship" can't happen again. Your "national championship" talk sounds about as relevant as Clemson or Georgia talking about their national championships. Or UTEP or Loyola ((Ill) talking about them being a national basketball power because decades ago they had a championship team that needed bizarre circumstances to win a championship.

But as far as your rantings about how much better BYU is than the Belt, we'll probably get to see it played out on the field as BYU is gonna probably have to agree to some 1:1 matchups with Belt teams to fill their October and November schedule. Unless they want to continue to play Weber State, Idaho State, and NM State all the time. You'll never so much as smell a BCS bowl with that schedule.

I had to look up who you 'beat' to win a 'national championship'. 6-5 Michigan! I just looked at that schedule! I think FIU might be able to do what you guys did in 84. Have one good game against an overrated team at the beginning of the year and then win out against trash. And your one good win against Pitt. They finished with 3 friggin wins all year.

Wow. You are such an angry, angry person. That usually happens when you can't feel God's love. Tell me, Lazybrook, why are you so angry? I do hope your school beats NC State this weekend. Perhaps a South Alabama win over NC State will make you happy again. You seem to be so unhappy--always angry. . . .always lashing out.

I shall say a special prayer for you today, Lazybrook, that you will be able to know that God loves you.

I'm pretty sure you've been asked to keep the F*****g religion off of this board. Stop it already you little brat.
