Obama is creating minimum wage jobs
The Liberal Press and progressively liberal democrats have said Rick Perry's job creation numbers are inflated because of the high number of minimum wage jobs.

These liberal bozo's don't want to mention the Top 5 hiring companies nationally.

Taco Bell
Pizza Hut
Advance Auto Parts
Staples
HCA

I wonder how many of the jobs filled by these companies were minimum wage?

From what I understand, many of the jobs Obama might get from his new job bill will be union jobs.

Yeah, I can imagine there will be a lot of union construction jobs.

If he had built bridges and large public works instead of propping up state teachers unions and dysfunctional local governments.

I appreciate your sentiment in this, but it's worth considering these words by Coyote

Not to mention the engineering and procurement. Even Obama has admitted that he did not understand that shovel-ready was no such thing, even though many of us warned of exactly this problem the first time around

Do a read in Wikipedia about Maryland's ICC. Perfect example. And it took the anomaly of a Republican governor to make it actually happen. His successor is taking it to completion: as an incredibly expensive toll-road.

Yes it takes years, and it takes years to finish them! The planning and engineering work start on day one and take 12-18 months. In that time you are deploying high skill engineers and maybe starting to encourage more people to go into architecture and engineering.

If an administration could steam roll obamacare down our Gullet they could have fast tracked the environmental review of the nre bridge at Still warter, or the peace bridge replacement.

In my time working for USACE I learned one thing... When there is a will to get it done you can do it damn fast.
