USA might be in a little trouble. West Alabama(DII) is only down 3(13-10) with 10 minutes to go.

That's South.

I need to look at the box score, but play was sloppy. The Jags must have had 4-5 turnovers, and 1-2 recoveries on what would have been turnovers. Execution wasn't there tonight. Our top two RB's were suspended for the first half which didn't help. Special teams needs a little work. UWA had 0 completions of 0 yards in the first half, but because of USA miscues was tied 7-7. Good for the Jags to get a bad game out now.

I'll bet USA will keep the NC State score closer than Troy did against South Carolina last year (69-24). Troy was in their 64th year of football last year and USA is in their 3rd year of football this year, but I bet we don't get beat that bad.

Even if you're right, it doesn't mean anything. Sometimes good teams get blown out and 69 points is high scoring for any game. Likely that NC State calls the dogs off long before it gets that ugly.

My point really has less to do about USA than it does about Troy. Troy isn't the behemoth it is made out to be. NC State can beat us badly. But I highly doubt it gets to the point of the Troy/South Carolina game.

We could do a percentage to make it more fair. Troy only scored 34.78% of what South Carolina did. Let's see if USA can beat that.
