Actually, that's the Obamacare plan. It's exactly the Obamacare plan. That's how they're going to contain costs. Even CBO has gone so far as to suggest this in their reports. The first efforts to do so are already in motion.

With one big difference. If an insurance company death panel denies me, I have other options available. If a government death panel denies me, that's it. Unless I can go to France. Thank God for France.
