Former ULM RB Frank Gooden was shot 5 times....keep him in your prayers. I know the Cajun faithful will send prayers his way.

Frank's out of ICU now and comfortable...well, as best as you can be comfortable in that situation. I think we can expect a full recovery. There were no other ULM players, former or present, at this party in Ruston that Frank was attending. Apparently, there was a fight between Frank and this guy...and Frank was winning. So the shooter decided to even things out. What happened to the days when you took your beating and accepted it?

Don't know if the shooter has been caught. He has been identified and has the nickname "Knucklehead"....kinda figures, doesn't it?
