Owns Blackham, but the city owns the CajunDome even though it is on University property.

OK thats what I thought. I remember being told that while living in Lafayette. And I remember them telling me that the university has 1st scheduling rights to the CD. I can remember a few Gator games having to be rescheduled because of it.
