Dunn's Porsche may have been traveling as fast as 140 mph in a 55 mph zone when it jumped a guardrail, flew into a wooded ravine, struck a tree and burst into flames, police said.

His blood-alcohol level was 0.196 at the time of the Monday morning crash, according to the toxicology report released Wednesday by West Goshen Township Police. The legal limit for drivers is .08.

Dunn, 34, and his passenger Zachary Hartwell, 30, died early Monday after they left a West Chester bar called Barnaby's of America. Hours before the crash, Dunn tweeted a photo from the bar of the pair and a third man drinking. The photo has since been taken down.

Employees at the bar said Dunn was not visibly intoxicated at any point that night and surveillance video shared with police supported those observations, said Frank Herron, the bar's general manager.

Tragic and sad. But I can't muster up as much sympathy for this guy like I can for someone who is killed by a tornado, a victim of a murder, etc. You get a BAC of .19 and drive 140 mph like you're the king of the world, and you pay the consequences. Others who were driving in that vicinity that night were put in extreme danger by his actions.

As for the bar... they're obviously going into damage control afraid of a lawsuit, which brings up that whole debate (personally, suing a bar owner for the stupid decisions one makes when leaving their establishment is wrongheaded).

Stay at a hotel I was running one time. Really good guy. Treated my staff well. Sorry to hear he was an idiot in addition to being a good guy.. Glad he only killed himself and, sadly, his friend.

He was the one guy in that troop of jackasses that seemed to potentially have his head on straight.

Someone associated with Jack@ss got himself killed doing something stupid.

Imagine.

Sounds more like suicide than an accident. Thoughts go out to his family.

He tended to be the guy pulling tricks on others rather than doing them himself.

Generally it was pretty funny... as long as it isn't someone related to you.

Yea, its funny. not all of it. I tend to like the Johnny Knoxville stunts as the are a bit more creative.

People have different forms of entertainment... not sure why it bothers you so much. Whether it is watching sports, watching idiots try to sing on TV, watching idiots cause themselves pain, watching Fox News Channel, watching MSNBC, or watching porn... who cares? As long as they are not causing harm to you or others it should not matter.

I'd say the same thing about any religious programming, or news channel. That doesn't mean that others don't find it entertaining.
