That is exactly what I was thinking before I got to this last paragraph.
20 minutes was cruelty but no problem for the cop to do worse for an hour.

It's Hinesville. Home of Ft.Stewart and the base of operations for the 3rd ID. Of course the cop had a complex.... hPD is notoriously nasty. Everyone down here knows that.
