No one is saying that there aren't bigots on the conservative side of the field. It's just that those on the left are sometimes capable (first clip shows leftist protestor immediately going for the gay slurs when encountering a conservative filmmaker, or the skin color in the third clip). I've lived around enough blue-collar union manufacturing dudes in Detroit to know that just because they vote Democrat doesn't mean they don't have a racist or xenophobic bone in their body.
That said, we may agree that overt racism is less often found among the left. Chances are you're going to find very few left-of-center voters at a KKK rally. But what often occurs on the left is the soft bigotry of low expectations - or a sort of patronizing bigotry - where XYZ group is held to much lower standards (i.e. "the accused can't be held accountable for his actions... his upbringing must've been a rougher road and he doesn't really know any better").
Now, granted, some demographic groups face a more difficult path in life due to skin color, nationality, sexual orientation, etc. That much is obvious. But there are instances where it goes too far and a sort of attitude starts to develop, where the ones practicing this soft bigotry think they are being "compassionate", but are utlimately being condescending. As one of those linked clips shows, an African-American who leans conservative is lambasted and insulted because he 'doesn't know his place.'
