I answered, So what if they have bad policies, Robert? The US isn't responsible for their bad laws. Women didn't leave the US for the right to vote. Exactly where am I accusing you of supporting their decision?

Your comment about "what is actually happening" is the exception and not the rule. According to Pew, more than 50% of illegals are from Latin America versus less than 15% from China... much less pregnant women from China... so you're not in any way addressing BY FAR the largest issue. You may as well say they're escaping AIDS.

14th Amendent proof why Constitutional Amendments have to be done carefully. Enacted to give citizenship to children of slaves, it would have been much better if a one-time blanket law granting citizenship to these individuals had been enacted.

There is NO PLACE in today's society for the 14th Amendment. The United States is the only country STUPID enough to have such a law. In today's society it's a law made for explotation.

Perhaps adding ultrasound machines to TSA's responsibility is the solution.

Even putting forth the strict interpretation of the 14th amendment might solve illegal aliens, but it would not address problems like this where people enter legally.
