RE: Seattle U to WAC
Seattle U. has been searching for a conference since launching its return to Division-I athletics in 2007. It played its first full season of D-I men's basketball in 2009-10, hiring former UW assistant Cameron Dollar as coach.

Denver and Seattle would both look like better choices if they would get football teams

That's like saying my girlfriend would look much better if she had a paper bag over her head.03-lmfao

If they are not playing FBS football, they can not help the SLACS status.

Honolulu Star Advertiser article quoted a former conference AD as saying:

WAC = "a parking lot for schools without options."

The WAC should just go ahead and invite the Great West and get it over with it and move on.

West

Idaho
California Davis
Cal Poly
San Jose State
Southern Utah
Utah State

East

Lamar (if La Tech to the Sun Belt)
New Mexico State
North Dakota
South Dakota
Texas San Antonio
Texas State

Well that isn't happening in either case so you can scratch them looking any better.

Yea....and I would look a whole lot better to that hot little 19 year old coed and her equally hot 18 year old girlfriend if I had only won the lottery. And that ain't happening.

The WAC is starting to look like some drunk guy at closing time, checking out what women are left in the bar. Any port in the storm!! 03-lmfao

We do have three bowls this year. The 2012 season, per the NCAA rules for how many bowls a conference can align with, we will be reduced to the one bowl. We are expecting that our arrangement with the Humanitarian Bowl will continue.

He truly called Texas State and UTSA "The Next Boise States of the world?"

Sounds like a marked man doing whatever he can to sound like he knows what he's doing
