You think it's great that fellow Americans have lost millions in property damage? Wow...what a guy! You're such a good liberal, always so happy to treat everyone equally and so tolerant of others.
No. What I said was that I though it was great that Obama told them to deal it themselves if they hate the federal government so much. If houses burned it is a shame but the residents should blame Perry not Obama for the disaster.

When did Texas stop paying federal taxes Bob? If they had, you would have an argument.
Maybe you should tell that to the people in Joplin Missouri too since you rightwing nutcases were making an issue about giving them help.

What in the world are you talking about?

Rick Perry is a joke. Lt. Gov.Dewhurst and the Railroad Commission are the real powers in the state. The Governor of Texas, no matter who it is, is nothing more than a figurehead.

Yeah, I believe that Texas is/was on fire down in SMS' neck of the woods. They came begging the government for help and Obama told him tough ****. It was great!

Really? Doesn't their money go into federal coffers? Is FEMA not available for everyone? Just those with the right political agenda?

I have been hearing alot lately how people like you feel that those against interfering federal government should never ask for help. You don't seem to understand how it works. The feds are there to help when asked, not to interfere from afar before asking.
I bet you think Katrina was mishandled by Bush, too, right?

Stick around long enough and you will see Mack taking both sides to the same argument.
