Any moron can cut taxes and have their economy grow. Recieving enough revenue to pay for the growth is the hard part.

WTF? Even from you that was stupid.

What taxes did they cut Robert?

Please explain how it was stupid. It costs government money to pay for the growth. Do you think roads build themselves? Not to mention the other infrastructure needed, police, fire, hospitals, schools etc. It costs money to grow. The hard part if making sure that the costs of growth are covered by the decreased revenue from lower taxes. THAT is the hard part. Seems to me that you are the stupid one, not me. One of these days you might wake up and live in reality.

I guess they can't cut taxes they don't have. So I probably should have said that better. Anyway, the point is growth isn't free and someone has to pay for it. Which doesn't seem to be happening since Texass is deep in debt just like almost every other state. Seems to me the Republican mantra of grow your way out of debt is a failed policy.

If the economy is growing doesn't it pay for itself?

I to think hard on this one because your two sentences seemed to be so far from reality that they were hard to comtemplate. In fact, they seemed like the punch line to a joke about liberals.........dumb liberals.....dumb liberals from California...........on acid.

If there are more revenues than expenditures. That isn't always the case. Not to mention, you also have to look to the future. Those roads, bridges, schools, etc will need repairs or replacements. Can you keep your growth rate up to cover new expenditures and the repairs to the old without raising or adding taxes? It would be awfully difficult.

I really am lost with your reasoning. Most of the infrastructure will not have to be changed for moderate increases in jobs. many of those people may already live in the area.

It takes a special kind of moron to shut down economic growth and increase government expenditures year in and year out. Fortunately for for Robert, Washington is in full supply.

Wow. I think Robert is in complete denial mode just to try and save face from his pathetic attempt to downplay the success in Texas.

Perry will do a much better job of job creation, and immigration control, than Obama.

And you will never catch Perry bowing to foreign royalty or bending over backwards to accomodate the Muslims.

Not my first choice for the Republican nomination but he would beat Obama.

Any moron can cut taxes and grow the economy......true, but what do you call those who raise taxes and don't grow the economy fast enough to reduce unemployment..........a one term president. See examples of Jimmy Carter, George Bush Sr and Barry Obama.

So you are going to put a bunch more people on the same traffic clogged roads? Really? No widening? No extentions of highways? No new highways? You must think flying cars are coming soon. All the new kids coming in aren't going to require new schools? If you honestly believe that most of the people taking the jobs already live there, you are sorely mistaken(unless they are McDonalds jobs, then maybe they will be local).

Wow. I think you are a moron just like the rest of the rightwing nutjobs on here. If you actually think there are no costs to economic growth, YOU are in denial.

Well moron, businesses rely on good infrastructure to move goods. If you don't have a reliable infrastructure, they will move to where there is one(which can include here if we could somehow modernize/upgrade out infrastructure. But as usual, you are really too stupid to understand so I don't know why I bother.

Roberta, but as usual you didn't answer the simple question put forth to you. What you responded with is drivel.

Additionally, It would be better if you did not bother.

Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt. Which you are the poster child for.

You fail.
