He would have had to come from a good school to transfer to Troy. Bet you can't name more than one that we took in. And if you can name two, hooray for you, two thugs. Big deal. I can think of two, maybe three, right off the top of my head, only one of which is on the roster.
Funny thing is, while Troy might have such a "reputation" of taking in players with criminal backgrounds, Troy student athletes rarely ever get in trouble with the law, let alone anything serious. So I'd say our coaches do very good and very accurate evaluations before they bring "troubled" kids on campus. Yet, it seems like just about every other week, athletes from other schools are getting in trouble with the law. What gives?
I have been living in the Wiregrass for nearly two years now, and they don't get in trouble because there is nothing to do here. The Bible Belt sucks!
Won't argue that. I'm moving to Miami next year. I'm a big city guy.
I have a lot of faminy in Miami and having been there many times the only part of it I enjoy is the food.
Just got back Tuesday night. Food (Cuban and Nicaraguan) was awesome. Beach and sea breeze was awesome as well. Was 85 to 87 degrees with a 15 to 20 mph wind all three days. Now bavk in Atlanta and its 105 Heat Index.

Wake up, 61. This is news from two weeks ago. I'll see if I can find that news story from a few years back where 90 percent of NT's players were found to be drug heads.
We can rehash everyones dirty laundry.
I can already see summer is gonna suck and its only June 2nd.

Get a grip and look at the date of the Blog article. It was posted on JUNE 1st, the same day I posted it here. Be my guest and trash UNT all you want if it will make you happy or give you some type of perverse satisfaction.
Dated June 1 @ 10:06AM

Screw the blog. Your boy Hemi blew the doors off the story over a week ago on this forum... We all laughed our sssses of.
Its sucks to have ADD, doesnt it?

There was absolutely no need to lump me in with the likes of North Texas. What happened to you today? Did you get rejected by ULM?
Geeze, Hemi just pointing out that you broke this earth shattering news 2 weeks ago...that is all.
I am too old for college. Even if I was college age, I wouldnt choose a jc like ULM as my institute of higher learning... My question is....why would I be rejected by ULM, if I never had intentions of attending? See, thats a nut kick rejection, son!!! Hope your weekend is chimerical!!

ps If Aucoin is found guilty of charges, he will soon find himself in a Troy uni. Blakeney loves that kind of sh**t.

He is now eligible to transfer to any SBC program that has a history of taking troubled football athletes as transfers.
How about Dexter Aucoin? Is he looking to transfer before he even gets there now? It's not very nice to cast stones at other schools when you have skeletons in your closet.
Incoming Cajuns freshman Dexter Aucoin, a cornerback from Patterson, was arrested by the Morgan City Sheriff's Office May 4 on a warrant for hit-and-run driving and May 13 for simple battery. He was issued a summons to appear in court to face the first charge on Aug. 17. He was booked into the St. Mary Parish Jail for the second charge with a $500 bond before being released.
ARRESTED TWICE IN 9 DAYS!!!!!!!

Dexter was fighting after school in a parking lot, in Louisiana all get arrested on campus for fighting. He didn't hold up any fellow students with a glock in front of a dorm, on campus. Never ever except athletes that pack, sorry.
Justifying his actions makes you one of the people you are usually ripping into.

Not justifying anything, he has to work it out in the legal system. That being said, kids now days get arrested for fighting on campus. Hell, if that was the case, many of us would have been in his shoes while in high school unless you were a big puss. Bottom-line, the kid didn’t rob a convenience store with a weapon or stood out in front of his dorms with weapon to rob fellow students. The two are not even morally equivalent. Just saying….
