And the logical extension of that argument is that since that "decent health care" fails to comply with the standards imposed by Obamacare, then Obamacare must be about something other than "decent health care."

Why would the unions opt out of something they lobbied so hard to enact? Did the law have to be passed to see what was in it only to find out it sucked?
