I'm not saying he would have gotten elected, or even the GOP nom, but there were people who were already supporting him.

Nobody who is ahead 18 months out ever gets the nomination. But his idiotic comments would have been fun to watch

Yes, they were and would still if he would run for office. I have met many who said they would.

Anyway, I was a Houston Gamblers fan. A also so thought that Gary Anderson (Tampas Bay) was the best all purpose offensive player I have ever seen.

Anderson was something.

The USFL was damn good football. Look at the guys who went straight there out of college: Reggie White, Steve Young, Jim Kelly, Herschel Walker, Mike Rozier, Anthony Carter, I could go on and on.

Before Scott Norwood blew the Super Bowl for the Bills, he was a Birmingham Stallion.

I hope the UFL can find success and stick around. I think they should move their season to the spring and give the fans what they want personally.
