quite a stretch.....unT fans are clearly SCARED of the "potential" of UTSA and the foolish comments they make after every story about them clearly show that

Well based on the fact that the bad blood between La Tech and the Sun Belt is well documented and we've made it known we're not looking at programs outside the existing footprint, I would say that was at least a half truth...

UNT's schedule is set thru 2014.

Ha!! Passive aggressive much? The fact that he went out of his way to say that about us shows how insecure he is about their conference as it relates to the Sun Belt. Besides, is it really "raiding" if they are asking us if they can join?

Maybe it's a nod to WW that he appreciates their previous conversations in that the SBC would stand pat. Probably not, probably a slap, only he and WW know for sure. If it is a slap, he'd better be careful, they're already on thin-ice.

Never say never. One school needing/wanting to change it's schedule can ripple through a lot of other schedules. I would say it's extremely doubtful in the next 5 years. Afterwards, who knows?
