Anyone else sick of this rain ?
Arkansas, TN, KY, Alabama, etc, being pounded.

I'm gonna have to purchase a few cattle just to keep the grass from being knee-high in my yard.

I think it has rained everyday for 3 weeks and in the last couple of days it has poured non-stop.

We could use it here in S. Florida. In the middle of a drought.

Course with no rain that means FAU's stadium keeps on plugging so in a way I dont mind.

It's either drought or flood. We need rain badly in the San Antonio and west Texas areas! Flood or wildfire - - pick your poison. 03-banghead

Just keep me away from those darned tornados. My father-in-law's business was hit by the latest round, and his home was hit two years ago.

One of our big men's hoops contributors died in the tornados in Mississippi-- his truck was thrown "several miles". We also had a kid from Murfreesboro that played for Alabama who was injured (in Tuscaloosa) -- his girlfriend lost her life.

I believe he is Alabama's long snapper on special teams, Tinker is his name I think. They were sucked out of a house.

As long as it rains, I have a legitimate excuse for my wife not to mow the yard. If it gets too long, I'll just wait for the next frost and set up a duck blind.

We just ended about 48 hours worth of downpours and hail here in Fort Worth.

Most rain in a 24 hour span since '78. It did, however, put out all the fires West of here.

Louisville had officially 13.97 inches in April and already we have approx 3 inches in May. Hopefully Derby weekend will be dry enough. I did get my rice planted however.

That is great news.

I wish we had more than a few sprinkles in the Austin area.
