It's about time somebody said it. Madoff 2012? I mean, at least he knows how to properly run one.

I don't want to ever hear from this cowardly poor excuse of a human being again. Just fade away like Ken Lay and Jeffery Skilling.

I do find it interesting that the only banker so far to be punished is Madoff.

Personally, I think it is because he stole from the rich, not stole for the rich.

God, that sounds liberal. What is happening to me? I feel funny, can't see straight......

I'm not trying to defend the guy. I just find it hilarious that so many people were ready to burn him at the stake, yet they are perfectly okay with the gov't doing the exact same thing he did (except that the gov't forces people to pay in).

LOL!!! hit the nail on the head, their only job is to protect our freedom
and they have overused the commerce clause to push anything and
everything through the hill. It is sad that no one see's the abuse.
I love my Country , just keep an eye on the people who run it...

Why did not the Supreme Court overturn SS in the beginning. Because it took them so long to respond, they said it would do more harm than good to overturn it.

There are 3 county's in Texas who would not agree with you...
They opted out of SS and now they can retire at 55 and have
three times the income that I will receive when I hit 72 if it's still
around. They bundled their retirement into investments.... sigh!!
