RE: Should US Grab Gadhafi and Try Him as a Terrorist
He's got Daniel Ortega of Nicaraugua, and Hugo Chavez saying they support him.... not even Fidel Castro went that far.(He only warned the US to not invade, and said the Libyan people should be free.)

He should have left last week when he had a chance. I don't think he would go anywhere in the Western Hemisphere. Too easy for the US to pull a "snatch and grab."
The only place that would take him in is North Korea, and he doesn't have an aircraft that can get there non-stop.

This....
If the US tried to take him it should only be to hand him back over to Lybia when things settle down there...

He could hang out in Venezuela or China. Not sure if the Saudis would take him or not. He has started mouthing anti-Al-Qaeda slogans, which (assuming he's being sincere) would be popular with the "royal" "family" in Riyadh...

The Saudis took a lot of flack for letting Idi Amin live out his life there. I don't think they want to deal with the garbage that would arise as a result of granting refuge to Gadhafi.

With Idi Amin, where did the flack come from? Not from other Arab or Muslim nations, I'll bet. That's the only flack the Saudis would really care about.
As for the "Colonel," he would probably have to bring something to the table to make it worth the Saudis' while. I don't know what sort of reliable intel he can provide about bin Laden and other people on the Saudis' sh*t-list, but that's the sort of thing I would guess they'd be looking for, and willing to pay a high price for, in the form of a lifetime tenancy at one of their resorts, or something like that.
