They have said this from the beginning. Never said they wanted to eliminate CB. Do you even get past the liberal talking points? You gotta keep up.

I wonder if they would put something in there that the administrators cannot have different insurance than the teachers (including the superintendent). That would at least protect the teachers from getting screwed over on healthcare.

I think all public employees should be subject to the same insurance plans, regardless of role.

Guys....

Some of the **** administrators get away with would blow you away. In our district they get a pick up on the pick up. Public employees are supposed to to pay 8% (it's being upped to 12%) and the school district pays the other 8%. These people negotiate a 16% kick back plus the other 8%. It's just a way to hide a 8% percent raise. They get double mileage reimbursement. I've said the biggest people that will be upset about the passage of SB 5 will be administrators. I've tried to see if they exempt them somehow. At the end of the sausage if they are exempted. We will find a way. So So So many more ways to get your point across then a strike.

I don't think any of us have any love lost on them, Mach. We recoginze that school administrators have abused the role of public service as much, probably more, than any other group (except MVA/DMV workers).
