Sun Belt Basketball Attendance Report (2/16/11)
There was some movement this weekend. WKU had a crowd of just over 2000 for their game against FGCU, and dropped under 4000 overall average for the first time this year. MTSU had the best crowd of the weekend (4605) for their game against FIU. With that crowd, MTSU passed UNT for the #2 overall spot. The top three are now separated by less than 300/game. North Texas still leads the conference game attendance, but it is packed pretty tightly at the top. 7 teams are averaging over 3000 for conference games. The conference average this season is 2625 for all games, and 2737 for conference games. The top 10 crowds of the year are unchanged from last week.

MT should draw a good crowd for the WKU game, our final home game of the season.

Our women are drawing 3474 per game, with only a couple of doubleheaders.
