That list, plus the list of those who vote against it in the senate, is a list of the people that I think SHOULD be considered for the republican presidential nomination in 2012.

Patriot Act passes overwhelmingly in Senate... but only after buying off votes by dropping the extension to just 3 months instead of a year. Here's your real Repubicans:
