When you can't even come up with one positive thing to say about our President, you just might have an issue.
Bush Derangement Syndrome. Look it up.
And I think all of us agreed that he handled the Somalian pirate issue well enough.
Otherwise, what part of "in over his head" do you not understand?
Here's a shock, you saying he is in over his head does not make it so! For the pisser this country was in when he took over he has done fine.
Is he perfect, no, and there is plenty that I take issue with.
As far as W, I took no issue with him from day one like most of you guys did with O. You never gave him a chance. Bush had the whole country behind him after 9/11 until he blew it with the bogus war in Iraq...and save the "democrats approved the war"crap as they were a bunch of *******!

I guess those soldiers at Fort Hood don't count.
Ummmm, that's sort of a joke...like forgetting that 9/11 happened on W's watch, or the anthrax attacks, etc.

Day one of Obama's presidency: Close Gitmo. That it still hasn't happened shows he was clueless eithr about how the process worked or what was possible...i.e. empty promises.
Month later: Spend hundreds of thousands of $$$ to fly to Denver to sign a spending bill he didn't read.
His friends: A terrorist, a person who admires Mao, an guy who believes the gov was behind 9/11
He bowed to foriegn leaders and not just once.
He embarrassed the country by spending hundreds of thousands of $$$ to fly to Europe to lobby for the Chicago Olympics and got shot down.
He didn't give us time to give him a chance, he pissed us off from day one.

Oprah seems to be implying he's in over his head... or at the very least, that the job is bigger than he is alone. Unfortunately, she didn't share this need for "respect" and "understanding" when Bush was President. Only NOW do you hear comments like "it's complex"... "it's a bigger issue than it appears"... Prior to this, Bush was just stupid. While you're free to take issue with any of those positions, consistency would be nice. Interesting that things like Gitmo were EASY solutions as a candidate... close it... but suddenly somehow have become MUCH more complex. Maybe that's why Bush used it and Obama continues to, because it is the best of bad options... and those "sound-byte" solutions really don't work.
I'll be MORE than happy to cut Obama slack. You don't see many posts of mine on here taking issue with things like this... Unlike Obama the candidate and it seems a significant number of his supporters and many detractors of Bush... I've ALWAYS been aware that there is usually much more going on than might be obvious, and that it isn't always self-serving and devious...
I DO often take issue when the very people who took pot shots at previous presidents give THEIR candidate a "pass" on the identical issues.

When Oprah apologizes for the dead babies for which she is personally responsible - in the for of vaccine hysteria promoted by baby killer Jenny McCarthy - as well as all of the other frauds that she has promoted over the years, then I might listen to what the ***** has to say.

That's been the hallmark of your posts for years, RWT. And as a newbie here, you've posted nothing but trite cliches. That's why most on the political left don't last long here, people get worked over here when all they talk about is feelings and they don't have the ability to put sound thought into issues. You call it "bullying" which is to say, that you're a b****h w/ tender feelings.
Same thing as the MAC board, you start crying as soon as you get exposed.
