25 arrested at California conservative meeting
So, conservatives, probably tea party members, finally went to far. We all knew it was bound to happen. Inciting leftists and Muslims to go on shooting sprees. About time, after all these years, they actually caught some of them in their white robes spewing racial slurs and wailing on innocent liberal passer-byers.

Wait, whats that you say? It wasn't conservatives arrested but "mostly peaceful?" protesters outside a conservative meeting? Just normal going-ons. Never mind.

Quote:25 arrested at California conservative meeting

– Sun Jan 30, 9:10 pm ET

LA QUINTA, Calif. – Authorities in California say 25 protesters have been arrested for trespassing outside a strategy session of conservative political donors at a Palm Springs-area resort.

Riverside County Deputy Melissa Nieburger (NEE'-bur-gur) said Sunday that the protesters were being booked at Indio Jail and released.

Hundreds of people participated in the mostly peaceful demonstration that had been arranged with authorities, but some protesters crossed the street to the Rancho Las Palmas Resort.

Deputies in riot gear arrested them without incident when they refused to leave the area.

Sunday was the second day of the four-day conclave. It was organized by brothers David and Charles Koch, who have funded the fight against global warming laws and have financial ties to tea party groups.

I just liked the title.

25 arrested at California conservative meeting

People reading nothing but that could wrongly believe 25 violent, angry conservatives were arrested. 'Course that was the AP's intent.

Oooooo Koch brothers. That could very well be a Ron Paul or Gary Johnson strategy meeting.

Well, those evil Koch brothers have broken liberal civility rule #1: Very wealthy donors are only allowed to fund, organize and promote progressive causes.
