At first I thought it was a normal house until they went to the basement that has all of the fun stuff.
I wish I could be rich enough to put a huge theater room in my basement with a popcorn popper with UC logos all over it, and a urinal that flushes!

To be honest, the theater room is the cheapest part about his basement. Projectors are not that expensive (less than $1000). Stenciling the UC logo isn't too bad either... the bar, however, had to cost him an arm and a leg. I would guess it cost $50K alone.

Wow, the house looks pretty modest from the front, but he must have had about 3 sub-basements.

That was my thought too when I saw it. The front looks like a very nice home, but nothing too extravagant. Then the started to show very nice kitchen, the man cave, and the beautiful area in the back.
That bar is just ridiculous.

RE: Bob's WV home
I enjoyed the tour. Not many folks in their position would allow that to happen. I loved Bob showing up at the end to throw the guy out.
I must say I find it interesting that a person whose life is littered with sinkholes caused by alcohol abuse, would choose a giant bar as a centerpiece of his home.
Buy a house in the suburbs and we know it will come standard with neighbors behind us, beside us and across the street from us. What do we do? We build an 7' high fence around our house to keep people out.
I'm thinking the neighborhood setting is for June, & the fence is for Bob.
