I had North Carolina over Tennessee. I also had South Carolina over Florida State, but other than Miami of Florida getting clobbered by Notre Dame, the ACC has actually looked surprisingly decent picking up wins by Florida State, NC State, North Carolina, and Maryland. Georgia Tech was beaten by Air Force Academy, but it couldn't gone the other way. Thankfully, it didn't. FSU beating the Gamecocks isn't all that a surprise to me and neither would a Virginia Tech victory over Stanford.
Oh, and I had Central Florida pegged to down Georgia. I'm pulling for the $EC tomorrow in at least one of the games against the Big Ten. Alabama has Michigan State, Florida has Penn State, and Mississippi State has Michigan. The Sun Belt Conference needs only one of the Big Ten schools to fall in order to be positioned to take the Bowl Cup Challenge with a Middle Tennessee State win. Northwestern plays tomorrow against Texas Tech, and Wisconsin has TCU. I'll be a big Horned Frog fan tomorrow!
Wisconsin vs TCU is a real dilemma for me. I usuallly cheer for non-AQs against the AQs, but damn I love the Badgers . . . maybe I will cheer for whoever has the ball . . .

Well, TCU is supposedly headed for "greener" pastures in the Big Lea$t, so really they are losing their non-AQ status.
I think the only reason I want to see them win is to show Gordon Gee and Jim Delany that a team that plays a Mountain West (or non-AQ) schedule can beat those "very fine schools" of the Big Ten Conference on a big stage.

That's exactly why I'm pulling for TCU; the arrogance of Delany is very annoying.
