I used to stay in that one in the 80's and 90's...very convient to the capital, etc. Too many nice places in MGY to stay there again though. Used to be a nice place. Many areas in MGY that were nice during the time I frequented them are now dumps.

Rumor is there will be a Marriot incorporated into the next TROY stadium expansion.

Weird. There's tons of places in Montgomery. The new Hampton Inn at the the mall on Taylor Road is very nice. And there's a Garden Inn on I-85.

And there's this great place about halfway between Montgomery and Troy.

My question is, do the beds take quarters ?

The No-Tell Motel

I think it has to be a full service Hotel, meaning have a resturant, meeting rooms, etc.

true story - while in atlanta on a guys trip we got my great uncle liquered up and took him to a strip club - we looked over there after about 30 minute and he had a quarter sitting on his forehead trying to get a friendly lady to creatively remove it - we about fell down laughing at him (cheap doesnt begin to describe him) - the "entertainers" didnt think it was funny however.

Next time do him a favor.....super glue a $20 to his forehead.
