Yay or Nay?

The rules seem fine.

Question... the rules mention that you should contact a Mod in certain instances. Maybe if you put each of the mods in that post it would help the board. There are what, 4 mods?

if you want the truth these are all based directly on the site's AUP rules. I just condenced it and concentrated on the rules that directly affected everyone here. the site's rules are referenced for any occassion we need to dig in to them.

this is just a way to get to the rules quick and easy like.

I really never worry about who went to what school. A person is fair or they aren't fair. If they aren't fair they shouldn't be given the responsibility, period. I took plenty of grief from ASU fans on the old board because they believed I held them to a higher standard but I also had more detailed knowledge of their posting background.

I believe in prosecutorial independence. A guy like Stebo for example who rarely gets cross-wise with anyone has earned more latitude than someone who has a history getting in the middle of fights or triggering them.

the Staff works hard to moderate in a fair manner. I would expect to be notified if someone felt they were being persecuted for allegiance.
