Missed field goals and first half blunders or this game might have been down to the wire. USF kept Rainey in check but Jakes had a solid second half. The Toppers had more total yards but came up short on the score board. The Owls should have a decent shot if Daniels plays like he did against WKU. This Western team is getting better each game and the confidence is much better than last season at this juncture. I feel a win coming soon. 04-rock
