I'm very happy that my Blazers won as I always am when they win. But I want to thank all the Troy fans who came out to Bham today. You guys were great fans and made for a good atmosphere. Your band is really talented. I'm proud that UAB did not quit when I thought for sure they would. But I will say that I know how you guys are feeling right now. My heart goes out to you. I cheer for you guys 11 games a year and I know how tough it is to lose a game like that. We already did to FAU this year and countless times before. Best of luck to you guys the rest of the year and I'll look forward to seeing you next year in troy for what I hope is another great game in this budding rivalry. Keep your heads up and good luck the rest of the way.

I really meant what I posted. In Alabama, UAB and Troy live in the land of giants and fight for whatever we can get. You guys have been ahead of us in football and that makes beating you guys mean something. I hope you guys win the Sunbelt and get back to a bowl game. I hope that both school see the importance of this game and that it becomes a permanent fixture every year and maybe gets a name or trophy.

Troy should have never let it come to a 44-yard "hail Mary" pass, but it did and here's the photo. A disgrace.

The first post was very classy. Thanks and congrats.

But Troy gave away the game and UAB took it - with a giant 7-point push from the pathetic ref.

Great post stc. Very classy. It was a great comeback by UAB and a great choke job by Troy.

As much as I want to throw a fit about how that was a bogus TD at the end of the game I'm not going to...mainly because after ALL of the choke jobs Troy does every year, I simply don't have the energy.

It is getting really hard to pull for this team every year. Yet, I still do it.

Jeeze. You guys are too much. You've won all are part of the conference championship for how many years? And you think your hard to root for? Do us all a favor and give it a rest. There are plenty of us who would kill for your prosperity.

We've been waiting for a bowl game since before you moved up to d1 a. So cry me a river.

Oh, wait, did you say something? We are hanging up here with the expectations of winning programs. It's a little loud.
