We gave up some big plays and squandered an offensive opportunity or two, but it was a good win.

Attendance was just north of 23,000.

Oh BTW, Arkansas State transfer Ken Houston had a big day today, going for 116 yards and 2 TDs.

I was very pleased with how we played for the majority of the game. D gave up a few big plays, but settled down and made many a stop. Nice crowd too. Way to go fans for repping the white out!

As nice as the stadium looks now with the new paint job and upgrades, those scoreboards are just friggin terrible. I hate them. They make the stadium look dumpy, no matter how many coats of paint you put on her. I want to tear them down myself. Then destroy them Office Space style.

Thanks, BIR, they are antiques, no doubt. Hope something is done about them before any FCS schools visit. Everything else was great even the hotdogs, popcorn (I didn't get to tailgate this time), etc tasted good. What a great gameday atmosphere. Can't wait to travel to the other Sun Belt campuses and towns.

We will be considered Div I-FCS next year FIUFan. We will count towards bowl eligibility.
