I was referring to the stadium they are using now at Fouts Field. It just looks like there's about 30 yards between the field and bleachers. Sorry for the confusion.

How are those wings in the closed end zone going to be supported? The photo set-up looks different that the rendering as far as the wings are concerned.

Very nice look. Unique.

The current stadium is so far from the playing surface because of the track that it inhibits atmosphere and crowd participation.

BTW, how was the first stadium built? In phases? What came first, second ...?

Fouts had a capacity of 20,000 when built in 1952. The East and West stands are the original structures. The metal (I call it tin) end zone seating was added to comply with the 30,000 stadium capacity when UNT moved back to 1A from 1AA.

They're still playing there until the new stadium is built, right? Or are they at a temporary venue?

Still at Fouts this year. They are doing lots of "Fouts Finale" activities this year.
