Who Wins the Belt?
OK, two weeks in. Might as well get a poll going to see who everyone thinks will win the Belt now that we've seen everyone on the field. We'll do another one later on in the season.

RE: Who Wins the Belt?
I think FAU has just a much of a shot as anybody. We played well in the 1st 2 games, the o-line is coming together, we now have a bye to work on some of the small fixes before we start SBC play with NT (without there starting QB). And with MT have QB issues as well, that puts them on an equal playing field now. So the big test I think will be Troy, I think our final game with them will have some meaning and could be the SBC championship game.

GO OWLS!!

I would think Troy has the biggest step in this direction....but I'm keeping my eye on UNT.
MTSU is still in the hunt, but their QB situation may delay their momentum to the point of no return.

Let everyone play at least two conference games each and then I'll vote. But Troy looks the best at this stage.

I'd say Troy for now. We'll know so much more once we've seen everyone play at least one conference game. Saturday 9/25 looks juicy with good conference games. MT@UL, ASU@Troy and UNT@FAU. This is the first week we really learn a lot about the conference race.
