Re Todd Dodge: a minor clarification. Actually NONE of the HS coaches he hired has worked out at the college level. all have returned to HS or retired from coaching.

The word is he has been told he has to get 7 wins to keep his job. I suspect he might get by with less if on-the-field improvement is shown. And for the first time he has a staff of assistant coaches who have significant college experience.

That was a huge mistake. From the start, Dodge should have brought in a staff that had significant college experience. Instead, he thought his high school coaches could win in college. It's not that simple. Now it's win or bust for him this year.
