Curious. Do you go on other boards and contribute negative comments about other Belt members ?

It's all a matter of perspective I suppose. I don't say anything about other Belt members on other boards that I wouldn't say here.

Well, personally I am an equal opportunity trasher; I trash every SBC fan and every SBC school whenever I get the opportunity . . .

Never on other boards, only to your face....and then very rarely ever.

I find it strange that anyone would find it necessary post negatives and down conference members on other boards. We get enough of that from outsiders.

It happens a lot. But, in defense, it's usually a situation where team a is dogging team b on team a's board. A fan from team b will try and defend themselves and then it just becomes a pissing match. I typically fault whoever made the original thread. I never understood the whole concept of trashing a team on your own board and then when someone comes to defend their team, then tell them they have no right to be there, that we can do whatever we want on our board, blah blah blah. I'm not sure of the legal issues with that because of who owns what, and fees involved to run sites, etc. I just think it's unjust to not let someone defend themself in the same manner they're being trashed.

I'm not talking about defending yourself. That is different. It's jumping into a thread unsolicited and just making negative post about Belt members on boards outside the conference or conference member boards. Big difference.

Who have I jumped in and downed unsolicited on a board outside the conference where I wasn't answering a post about or directed at UNT ?

I've only posted on Troy's site, and never anything inflammatory about Troy, but sure enough, someone reads something that wasn't there and thinks I compared their mom to a prostitute and jumps down my throat.

I've come to find that there's a guy sitting on the Troy messageboard front porch in a rocking chair with a wad of chaw in his mouth and a shotgun by his side. If you come past the tires half buried in the ground outlining the driveway, then you're gonna get a few pellets flying your way.

Sure you aren't talking about the Vols up there? Sounds just like 'em.

I think half the ASU board is banned from the North Texas board over a famous incident involving Jermario Thomas and Tortillas several years ago back when UNT was a good team

MY poll, inquiry, was about boards OTHER THAN Belt members. Anything between members is just a family feuding among themselves.:odie:
