Speaking of which, Troy's website overhaul is a remarkable improvement as well.

RE: Re-vamped SBC official website ?
Great new look! Unfortunately, it loads WAY too slow and I'm on five click WiFi with a state-of-the-art laptop as I'm checking it out. Perhaps, the SBC simply needs a faster server; perhaps, too much Flash and heavy graphics. Something's out of whack though, when it comes to page load speed. Great first step though!

I didn't like the last one at all. this one is O.K., but nothing to write home about. i think it looks too unorganized. they need to keep all the features but come up with a new layout.

I agree, just because it's different doesn't mean it's better.
People often speak about the SBC's poor perception...this website doesn't help that.

Actually it's a nice looking web site. It is on par with other conference web sites.

It looks sharp.
Good Job SBC!
I noticed that most of your members are NeuLion clients. Hopefully this allows for seamless streaming options through the SBC website

I think it's a huge improvement over the generic site we had before. Yeah there is a lot of stuff that is scattered and unorganized. Give it time, they'll have it 100% soon.
GO SBC!

I will come off that second statement a bit. When I first viewed it, I was at work and I've got two very big monitors. So, the sun in the background was visible on either side of the business in the middle. When I got home, I visited again on a normal monitor, and it looked a lot better like that.
My main beef with it is that it uses that NeuLion format, which is what UL's website uses, and I absolutely hate it. Being that I don't live in Lafayette, I watch A LOT of games on the internet, so I have to deal with that site pretty often. That being said, these sites used to be run by XOS, and that has changed to NeuLion. I'm not sure if one bought the other, or if it was just a name change, or whatever. I'm also not sure when the change happened, but if it has happened pretty recently, maybe the change will result in some improvements in time for the next athletic season.
