What would be your take/position if ESPN offered the SBC, today, a new television contract covering a 12 year period and valued at $200,000,000? Would your decision change if that same contract had a clause wherein after year 5 of the 10 year deal, should the SBC add any schools located in any of the top 40 television markets across the nation (with a maximum SBC membership of 12 members in all sports), the deal would increase in value to $400,000,000?
