Troll???? j/k Anyway...we wanted to spoil your attempts to win outright like you have in football. Not quite our world series.

I was simply stating that we didnt have enough players on our roster to have a non pitcher sub as the DH...whether you can admit it or not...that is some serious injury problems. Coach Lou St. Amant was on the radio and said in 30 years of coaching, that only happened once to him.

We didnt really have injuries to deal with last year, (not much) or the year before. But , we are missing all these this year:

Don Williams- Friday starter last year
Matt Laird - Sr. CF BIG LOSS
Boomer Blanchard- SR SS BIG LOSS
Josh Gill- Started RF a bunch this year
Jordy Poche- Jr. Sunday starter for 2 years and DH often. Torn Labrum- probably out for next year too.
Blake Jones- Jr. LHP
Kelvin York - Jr. LF went out yesterday
Stefan Comeaux pitched well early and then went out. #1 short relief guy

I was simply stating that we had lost a lot of guys..especially senior starters.

SBC had dropped to #6 and now in danger of being #7. UNO doubleheader loss, plus the Cajuns RPI has dropped.

ASU Beat UALR yesterday 16-8 as the bats returned from a peaceful month long slumber in a big way

Game 3 starts at 1pm today. ASU can be seeded anywhere from 4-7 in the Tourney as of now...

UALR takes the series vs ASU with a 14-10 win today as ASU refused to bring in its top relievers for more then one inning in tourney preperation..

The most exciting thing that happened today was me getting warned by the ASU nazis over being too hard on the umpires... who apparently are to be coddled and treated with respect despite the fact that they have very little knowledge of baseball rules

ASU will be the 7 seed in Murfeesboro and will play our old friends from Cajun Land in round 1.
