Ahhhhh...many patrons of the arts appreciated good theater back in the day. Nowadays it's all internet which is a shame. A internet dowload...ahem...will never replace the rush you would get walking back to your car with that precious brown paper bag in hand. Kids nowadays just don't know what they are missing.

Ballard & Ballard Flour Building is down on the river bluffs located near where Landry's Seafood used to be.

The 2nd building Circa 1875 is part of the Naval Hospital located at The National Ornamental Metal Museum which overlooks the Mississippi River near the old bridge.
