Atlanta, Ga. – Jamie Harris poured in 21 of his career-high 32 points in the first half as Drexel defeated Georgia State, 72-57. The Dragons shot a season-high 68 percent in the first half as they opened up a 17-point lead at intermission and went on to the road victory against the Panthers, who were tied for the top spot in the CAA entering the game.

The Dragons (7-8, 2-1 CAA) raced out to a 7-0 lead and never trailed in the game. In its best offensive half of the season, Drexel shot a blistering 17-for-25 from the floor and knocked down five of its seven long-range attempts. Harris was 10-for-13 in the opening 20 minutes and hit numerous lay-ins and driving runners as the shot clock ticked down.
