Exactly! Why should we should be embarassed about students rushing the court after beating FIU? Sure it may seem silly to storm the court after defeating a last place team, but I think FAU should be proud that the fans cared enough to be there and support their team like they haven't before. That wouldn't have happened here in the past. So other teams fans can mock it, but I see it as a sign of growing fan interest in a program that has had precious little to cheer about for much of it's history.

I wish our students got excited enough to storm the court.

last time it happened at ASU was for a womens basketball game...though admittedly that game was Arkansas
