the greatness of this song is something i can agree with. Em's flow on this is so nasty. This is when he was at the top of his game

It was shortly after that, that Eminem went from sounding like a nerdy white guy, to a black dude.

I don't quite follow these statements...
Eminem has his own distinct sound. No one raps like him, no one flows like him.

Maybe it's just me but I can tell a huge difference, not necessarily in his flow, but his actual voice right after the Slim Shady LP was produced. You heard a little of it in the Marshall Mathers LP, but after that it was gone. It was like a nerdy white guy sounding voice. Now he has more of the black rapper style slang. I really don't know how to explain it, but listen to his actual voice and the way he projects it in his first cd, then listen to The Eminem Show or other more recent albums and you can tell a huge difference.

i'm not saying i hear the difference, i just don't hear a black guy. However, IMO his voice on eminem show and after, sounds more like his regular speaking voice

I wonder if you mean by song, it does seem he uses different "voices" in different songs.... But its his voice and more attune to the song if you know what I mean....
I Am vs Ass Like Dat vs The Real Slim Shady...
