Troy only wants New Orleans an the USM re-match, remember? They don't want to piddle with silly little UCLA.

We want to establish a rivalry with USM because the Eagles are very competitive. Troy really needs a competitive rival... 05-stirthepot

Enjoy it while it lasts, because these things always end. Ask UNT fans.

You can ask ASU also. We are keeping Roberts and may be giving him an extention as well

really? so how long of an extension is he getting? at most I would give Roberts two more years. if he doesn't deliver ship him up to Bowling Green Kentucky, they'll probably be looking for a new coach by then. 05-stirthepot

The rumor is he will have to hire new assistants. In order to get the best ones and have a good recruiting class he will need at least 3 years on his contract and also need a pay raise to match market value. ASU even lowered the standard in July of this year to 6 win for 1 year extension and 7 wins for 2 years extension. Before the 2008 season he got an secret 1 year extension for recruiting purposes. It is starting to look like the Nutt years all over again.

I am so sorry. 03-no

Your coach is one of the biggest supporters of Roberts in the Belt coaching circle. He always talks Roberts up and say how much of a good coach he is.

He's a big supporter of every coach. You should've heard the praise he gave Bustle before and after the Troy-Louisiana game. And Weatherbie.

He talks up every coach. It's coach talk to say "we aren't overlooking them."

If Army wins, then UCLA stays home too, so there could be no 6-6 at larges.
