roles and accept them. We have some players who either want to be the star, regardless of whether we win or lose, or don't want anyone else to be the star, regardless of whether we win or lose. Everyone can't be the high scorer. To have a good team, you need players who don't care who gets the credit, as long as you win. So far I see too much "I" and not enough "we" in a few of the players. We'd better get that corrected quickly, or it could become a morale problem. Hopefully we'll see some signs of improvement tomorrow. I'm not talking about winning or losing. I'm talking about playing as a team.01-lauramac2

Well, one things for sure, Steve has run off most of the I players over the years. If they don't change and put the team first, they won't be here for long.
