The Belt has been pretty stable as far as coaching for the past few years, however that changed today with Elson being fired from WKU.

Will more be gone?

These seem to me to be the likliest possibilites:

Fired/Released:

UNT Head Coach
stAte Head Coach
FAU Defensive Coordinator

Moving on?

MTSU Defensive Coordinator.

Anyone else?

When do ya'll think Schnellie will call it quits ?

I'm afraid MT will lose Manny Diaz (DC) to another program.

I think he sticks around thru 2011, opens the new stadium and then bows out.

I have no evidence but I do think that he brought in Jeff Brohm to replace him once his time comes. I know that he was getting a heck of a lot more money as the OC for Louisville then he's getting as QB coach at FAU. He was brought up in the Pro set that we run, so will have no problems recuriting for it and running it.

Im MUCH more concerned abou the Defense. We havent played good D in 3-4 years. Its time for a change in that are more then anything else.

Diaz moving on is bound to happen. He's a young energetic, hard working, strong recruiting guy. Personally I hope we can hang onto him for another year or so, I think we have some really great young assistants who could be groomed into great a great coordinator someday.

Clock is ticking if he want to be a head coach. Another couple years and he'll be too old for any job other than FAU, FSU, and Penn State.
