Think of how good this team might have been
if Neighbour, Spuriel and McBride (bad character, but good player), had made it into school. Those three guys were all higher rated players than any of our new players who did make it in, although I think the new players who did make it will all do well here. What are the odds of losing all of your three highest ranked committments in the same season.
Once again. Bad UALR luck. One of these days, our luck HAS TO CHANGE!

Good athletic teams aren't the result of luck. All teams need a little luck sometimes, but successful programs are the results of good recruiting, coaching, and getting the public behind you. Good coaching won't guarantee a successful program alone, it's the ability to recruit that, in my mind, is the most important part. Look at Phi Slama Jama(spelling?). Guy Lewis wasn't considered by many(if any)as a good coach, but most thought of him as one hell of a recruiter.
