Ney. New Valley board that is much better than the old one? Maybe. But will take an empowered moderator of some sort to keep it running smoothly.

I think this year, if not then next year will be the re-awakening of the Valley. We have a strong Junior/Sophomore class and the coaches for ALL the teams are doing a great job improving the talent on their team.

We'll have to see..but I think, looking at this years matchups, we can make some early noise and hopefully carry that momentum through til March.

The key to this thing working is people signing up and posting. Come on peeps. Give it a try.

I'm here! Doing my best to represent the Sycamore Nation! Hopefully some of my buddies from Sycamorehoops.com will slide over here and join in. I loved Valley Talk - eight years ago. Too bad it went down the crapper - and that was before it went offline!!!

Glad to have you. I know some Shocker faithful are lingering. I think we get a couple good topics going and the site could catch on. According to georgia tech swagger (ADMIN) if we get enough peeps we can elect mods to control the flaming, personal attacks, etc that took the fun out of ValleyTalk.

Hopefully we can keep that image away from here.

Key will be keeping the faith and spreading the word. I've made it to most the Valley sites that would let me post about another board. I think the fact they have regular team board here also goes against rules.

Spread to those you know, especially any you converse with from other schools.

I'm liking the board so far...hopefully it will stay civilized....
