The University of Mon Calamari is quite good I hear.

About four years ago (our time), we changed our official name to Mon Calamari State University. As I had mentioned before in a thread, Jerris Jadeonar is the most accurate passer in the solar system. Jarlork Maris has been added to the Joran Santorini Watchlist for the Solar System's best running back and Zuk Thrall looks to have a breakout season at wide receiver.

14-2, I predict, with losses to Tatooine (they are quite good this year) and Cloud City (Tironos Quann is the equivalent of Earth's Tim Tebow).
