So, do you think the following paragraph was intentional, or were they just clueless to what they just wrote? This came in my local county's quarterly newsletter, as a letter from the County Administrator. It's actually a fine newsletter for providing basic info on the county, but - um, why exactly did he start his letter this quarter like this?
